These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of VONK!'s Teacher Generator and VONK! Kids/Parent App (together, "VONK!"), operated by EDUVONK (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/642779/07. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use VONK!.
The Teacher Generator is intended for teachers and educators. The VONK! Kids/Parent App account must be created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their child; children do not create their own accounts.
VONK! is sold as discrete, one-time purchases tied to a South African school term or calendar year — not as an auto-renewing subscription. You choose and pay for exactly the access period you want; nothing renews or charges automatically afterward.

Current prices are shown at checkout in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be updated by us from time to time; a price change never affects access you have already purchased and paid for. Pro features (such as question curation and custom questions) can only be purchased alongside a term or year plan, never on their own.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. VONK! does not receive or store your card details. VONK! is a fully digital product — there is no physical shipping. Access to the term(s), year, or Pro features you purchased is unlocked automatically and immediately once payment is confirmed, and the worksheets/memos themselves are generated and made available for download right away, on demand, whenever you use the tool afterward.
Because VONK! delivers digital access and content immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once you have generated, downloaded, or otherwise accessed materials under that purchase. If you believe you were charged in error, or you have not yet accessed any materials under a purchase made within the last 7 days, contact us at hello@eduvonk.co.za and we will review it fairly. This does not affect any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
VONK!, its question banks, software, branding, and generated worksheet templates remain the property of VONK! and its creators. Purchasing access grants you a licence to use the materials as set out in Section 6 — it does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
We aim for VONK!'s content to be accurate, CAPS-aligned, and to work as described, consistent with the implied warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act. VONK! is a supplementary learning and worksheet-generation tool — we do not guarantee specific academic results, exam outcomes, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VONK! is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service; this does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms (for example, sharing login credentials or reselling materials). You may stop using VONK! at any time; since purchases are one-time and non-renewing, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel.
We may update these Terms as VONK! grows. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of VONK! after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
